TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TERMS
  • You must be approved before placing an order.  Please register here. Once registered, please submit a copy of your business license to sales@incensesales.com or fax to (801) 596-0544.  Once we receive your business license, we will email you an approval from sales@incensesales.com which will allow you to order from the website. 
  • NET 30 DAYS FROM INVOICE DATE.  Net 30 customers who wish to pay with a credit card after the order has shipped with be charged a 3% fee based on order total. 
  • Accepted payment:  COD money order or prepay with a credit card. We accept VISA, MC, DISCOVER.  Company checks may be accepted after 3 orders with a signed credit application via mail.  Please call (800) 356-6220 for the credit application to be emailed to you.  There is a $25 return check fee. 
  • Overdue accounts will not be shipped prior to receipt of any outstanding balance. 
  • The Incense Sample Works reserves the right to adjust credit terms on any account. 
ORDERING MINIMUMS
  • Opening order minimum is $150.00. Minimum reorder is $75.00.  Less than minimum is subject to a $15.00 fee.
  • Items must be ordered in units listed. With the exception of Incense From India and as indicated, dozens may be broken into 1/4, 1/2, or 3/4.
  • A packing list will be generated when ordering from this website. Confirmation of the order will be made via email, phone or fax. At that time, shipping and payment information will be confirmed.     
PRICES
  • All prices subject to chage without notice.  We will do our best to keep you informed. 
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
  • Orders are shipped UPS Ground unless specified otherwise.
  • We no longer offer freight allowances on shipments.
  • We offer product offset (at suggested retail value) – 1/2 on orders over $300 – full over $500. The products chosen are totally at the discretion of The Incense Sampler Works. 
  • C.O.D and insurance fees apply to all orders.
  • Customers outside continental USA will be charged freight, but reduced by equivalent USA rates if minimums are met.
  • Product offset does not apply to discounted items.             
                                                                      
REPACK FEE     
  • Changes to orders after order is packed and ready to ship is subject to a $25.00 fee.  We can give a proforma total for approval, but once it is approved and the order is processed, any changes will be subject to the $25.00 fee. 
BACKORDERS
  • Back orders are taken only if specifically requested.  If shipment is not made within 30 days, it is automatically cancelled.  
CLAIMS
  • All claims for defective, damaged, or shorted items must be made within three (3) days of receipt of your order.  
RETURNS
  • Products may be returned if you are unstaisfied with the quality. 
  • All returned items must be cleared by The Incense Sampler Work prior to its return. 
  • Items returned after 15 days are subject to a 10% restocked fee. 
  • To receive full credit, items must be clean, free of price tags, undamaged and sell-able.
  • No oils or fragrance oils may be returned for any reason.
  • Customer agrees to pay all freight charges.
  • Credit will be determined upon receipt of goods.
